Lectures about Biotechnology for Schools – Lecture 7&8

On 8 May 2015, two lectures within the series of Lectures about Biotechnology for Schools were organised. The first lecture entitled “Computer simulations – modeling of microworld” (Symulacje komputerowe – modelowanie mikroświata) was held by Prof. Rajmund Kaźmierkiewicz. The second lecture was presented by Prof. Jacek Piosik and was entitled “Dark and light sides of espresso – short history of coffee and its importance for people” (Ciemne i jasne strony małej czarnej, czyli krótka historia kawy oraz jej znaczenie dla ludzi). The lectures have been participated by 90 students and teachers from six Pomeranian high schools.
