Prof. Krzysztof Bielawski and his research team have been working together with five European partners to contribute to a better diagnostics of liver diseases. The MOBI4Health mass spectrometry lab is intensively used in this research and provides strong synergies between these two projects.

Project short info
The international research project “Host factors in hepatitis B virus cccDNA formation as novel antiviral targets and biomarkers – identification, preclinical evaluation and impact for liver disease (hepBccc)” within ERA-NET Infect-ERA has been conducted at IFB since 2013. Budget for the Polish group is approx. EUR 300,000. IFB researchers involved are Prof. Krzysztof Bielawski, PhD; Magda Rybicka, PhD; Tomasz Romanowski, PhD; Anna Woziwodzka, PhD; Alicja Sznarkowska, PhD.
International research partners include:
