Mass Spectrometry Workshop: Application of Mass Spectrometry in Proteomics and Genomics
4 -27 June 2014, Gdansk
On 24-27 June 2014, the first MOBI4Health Mass Spectrometry Workshop was organised. The theme of the 4-day workshop was focused on application of mass spectrometry in proteomics and genomics. Overall, the workshop was attended by over 140 participants, including 43 people participating in the practical classes. Series of lectures were given by 9 invited speakers, including guests from AB SCIEX and SEQUENOM companies. The hands-on exercises were performed with the used of AB SCIEX QTRAP™ 6500, MALDI TOF/TOF™ 5800 and TripleTOF® 5600+ Systems and the MassARRAY® system from SEQUENOM.
